Description of Venture: In fulfilment of the Foundation’s mission and in aspiring to achieve its vision, the foundation engages in a number of entrepreneurial ventures. The three major ventures undertaken by the foundation are:

• Craft Jewelry Making
• Music Production
• Carpentry

The youth population is primarily targeted for these initiatives, as there is ongoing capacity building for youth facilitated by persons who are trained in the specific areas. In addition, a portion of the funds garnered from these initiatives is pooled back into community outreach activities.

Aim of the Venture:

To utilize the various projects/ services offered to revitalize the lives of the most at risk populations.

Objectives:

To use entrepreneurship and wealth creation to enhance, support and/or fund worthwhile/deserving community outreach projects.

Our Vision:

Forward Step Foundation aspires to become a hub for social enterprise, where lives are positively transformed, youth contribution to society increases and community spaces and families are revitalized as first tier in life building, making Jamaica and the world environs a better possibility for all.

Our Mission:

To provide holistic and innovative community revitalization and to facilitate and advocate for inclusive youth and adolescent empowerment in Jamaica.
