Description of Project:

Description of Venture: We produce Escoveitched pickle, Bag Juice Syrup and a new Pumpkin sauce. Most of the raw materials including pumpkin, peppers, carrots, chocho and seasonings are purchased from the farmers in the Park Hall community. Six (6) families in the community are impacted by the operation, allowing for approximately 50 persons to benefit indirectly. We also give back to the community in providing scholarship funding to a grade six student at the Park Hall Primary School who is needy and did well in the GSAT exam. The products have been well accepted by the public with the pumpkin sauce and escoveitched pickles sold to supermarkets in Frankfield, St. Ann and Montego Bay and bag juices to the schools, shops and households around the community. In addition, we also sold syrup to Allied Distribution and Marketing, Seaview Road, Stony Hill St. Andrew.

Aim of the Venture:
