SDC Improves Customer Service Delivery


By the end of the first quarter of the new financial year, approximately thirty-five (35) Telephone Operators and Parish Administrators from the Social Development Commission (SDC) will receive training in Customer Service & Telephone techniques.

The first workshop was held on Monday, February 26, 2018 at the Knutsford Court Hotel where fifteen (15) administrative members of staff participated.
